Purpose: This enduring material is designed to review using RIME in evaluating and teaching learners.

Target Audience: This activity is designed for Physicians and Residents at HCA GME Hospitals.

Format: This presentation was pre-recorded for HCA GME National Grand Rounds Series.

Educational Objectives: Upon completion of this activity you will be able to:

Ø Discuss the elements of the RIME method of evaluation.

Ø Identify the level of learners and create action plans using RIME.
