Abstract
This course is designed to aid the GME Faculty understand burnout and move to engagement.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion, participants should be able to:
- Reintroduce the Importance of Resident Physician Well-Being
- Remind stakeholders of the Scope and Impact of the Current Problem regarding Well-Being within GME
- Discuss the Methodology and Results of the Nationwide HCA Resident Well-Being Study
- Propose a Positive Psychology based framework for addressing the problems of burnout and depression
