Abstract

Good teaching makes a difference. Medical Learners exposed to good teachers have a better overall performance on rotations and licensure exams. Good teachers can positively influence career choices just as poor teachers can negatively influence career decisions.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

• Define several different tools the clinical teacher can use to effectively provide a learner-centered educational experience.
