Abstract

50-year-old right hand dominant female presenting to family medicine clinic for evaluation of right shoulder stiffness. She reported it has been progressing for 2 months. Started with sharp pain with movement. First noticed it while trying to strap her bra and comb her hair. 3 months ago was in a motor vehicle collision where she suffered an open depressed skull fracture requiring emergent surgery. Has been struggling with mood and neurocognitive rehab since so felt guilty asking family to bring her in for evaluation of another problem so it led to delay in presentation
